Foot drills are a simple technique of utilizing all range of motion of the foot to improve proprioception (the brains' awareness of the lower extremity)
Foot drills should be completed regulalry if treating for a sports injury. Recommended to begin: 3 reps, 2 sets, 2x a day. Some contraindactions: Foot drills should not be completed in the acute phase of an ankle injury when swelling is still present in the ankle.
